## The I2G Framework

- **Influence before authority:** a title gives you a seat; trust is what makes people follow you.
- **Identity before designation:** know who you are as a leader, so the role expresses it rather than defines it.
- **Growth before position:** build people first; results, retention and promotions follow.

- **The Connector** (strongest in Influence): people follow you because they trust you, not because of your title.
- **The Anchor** (strongest in Identity): steady under pressure, true to your values, predictable for your team.
- **The Gardener** (strongest in Growth): you grow people, and they grow results.
- **The All-Rounder:** Influence, Identity and Growth are well balanced.
